2. Main features
(1) Good electromagnetic properties. It has low coercive force (Hc), high magnetic permeability (μ), high saturation magnetic induction (Bs), stable magnetic properties and no magnetic aging.
(2) Steel has high purity. The steels of the electromagnetic pure iron series are all killed steel and refined, so the internal structure is dense, uniform, fine, with low gas content, and the magnetic content of the finished product is ≤0.004%, which creates reliable conditions for users to simplify and shorten the annealing process of parts. .
(3) Good cold and hot processability. Cold working, such as turning, piercing, punching, bending, pulling...etc., is no problem. During hot processing, such as re-forging and re-rolling, the red brittleness sensitivity is small, and many grades do not have red brittle areas, which can ensure processing within the temperature range of the trap.
(4) Good surface quality. Has good welding and plating properties.
(5) High dimensional accuracy. Ultra-precision cold-rolled plates can be provided, such as plate thickness ≤1.5mm, thickness tolerance can be guaranteed
≤±0.03mm; plate thickness >1.5mm, thickness tolerance can be guaranteed to be ≤±0.05mm.
As a kind of deep drawing material, electromagnetic pure iron can be punched into extremely complex shapes. It has high magnetic susceptibility and low diamagnetic properties and is widely used in electronics and electrical engineering, electrical components, magnetic materials, amorphous products, relays, Sensors, car brakes, textile machinery, electric meter solenoid valves and other products. It has a higher melting point than iron, is more difficult to rust than iron in humid air, and can be passivated in cold concentrated sulfuric acid.

1. Magnetic heat treatment process
The furnace is heated to 800ºC, then heated to 900±20ºC at a rate of ≯50ºC/hour, kept warm for 4 hours, then cooled to below 800ºC at a rate of ≯50ºC/hour, and then cooled in the furnace to below 500ºC or Serve at room temperature.
2. Artificial aging heat treatment process;
Keep warm at 130ºC for 50 hours.
